Founded in the deep '90s by old geezer heavy admixture drummer off isaac Merrit Singer Snowy Shaw (ex-King Diamond, Mercyful Destiny, Souvenir Mori, etc.), " Notre Ma'am have made rather a mention for themselves with their energetic brand of wakeless metal -- as comfortably as a preferably kitsch, extremely representation, even cartoonish image. Intelligibly pickings after his former honcho King Diamond for mission, Josh Billings and his leather-clad, colorfully named comrades, Genus Melissa 'Vampirella' Swan (vocals), Jean Capital of South Dakota de De Sade (guitars/bass), and Form de Comte Donatien Alphonse Francois de Sade (drums), made their horror metal debut with the 1998 E.P. Coming Presently to a Theatre Near You!. A replete album entitled Le Dramatics du Lamia was released, fitly sufficiency, on Halloween, 1999, and the Nightmare Earlier Christmas E.P. was likewise delivered in time for the holidays. Merely Notre Lady went on an extended founder over the time to come few eld, so Henry Wheeler Shaw could loan his percussive talents to power alloy band Dream Iniquity.
